Dr. Moonesar holds a Ph.D. in Health Services Leadership, a Master's in Quality Management (MQM), and a B.A. in Human Ecology. He has over 15 years of experience in the international Health and Education sectors.

Draper holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. TESOL. An experienced ELT teacher and teacher trainer who has a solid track record of successfully integrating technology into educational contexts.
