Conversation Plan Terms and Conditions
PLAN CANCELLATION
You can cancel your plan anytime and will only be charged for the sessions you completed.
The sessions you completed will be charged at the base rate (e.g. without the discount your plan included if any).
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS
You can cancel and reschedule your lessons without penalty 12 hours before the start time.
NO SHOW
If you miss a session for whatever reason it will be counted towards your package.
USE
Sessions must be used within the subscription period.
MISCONDUCT
The Language Globe maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior. If a student engages in any form of misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by The Language Globe, The Language Globe reserves the right to immediately cancel the student's Conversation Plan and remove them from the platform without refund.
ESL Learning Library Subscription
DEFINITIONS
"Subscription" refers to any of the subscription plans to the ESL Learning Library.
"Subscriber" refers to the person subscribing to the ESL Learning Library services and thereby the person who is using the services.
"Website" refers to The Language Globe Website.
AMENDMENTS
The Language Globe reserves the right to amend these terms of use at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes by email as soon as they come into effect.
By agreeing to these terms of use, subscribers acknowledge and agree that they are subject to any minor amendments. Continued use of the services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which subscribers may use the ESL Learning Library. The purpose is to provide access to digital ESL learning materials to enhance the language learning experience.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the materials, The Language Globe maintains a strict no-refund policy. Subscribers are encouraged to review sample materials available on the website before purchasing a subscription.
A refund request within 24 hours of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
PLAN CANCELLATION
Subscribers may cancel their plan at anytime.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided through the ESL Learning Library are owned by The Language Globe.
Subscribers are granted the right to view and, where applicable, edit the digital materials (e.g., digital worksheets).
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from modifying (where not permitted), redistributing, or using the materials for any commercial purposes.
